• Creates performance improvement interventions including interactive media and courseware using rapid development tools.
• Develops innovative interventions to solve performance problems and researches new programs for distribution via web, classroom, and other formats.
• Analyzes training requests to verify needs, recommends solutions, and collaborates with SMEs on training development projects.
