Qualifications

• Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• DHS T&E Level 3, DAWIA T&E Practitioner Level 2/3, and/or CTEP certification.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain DHS Suitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with systems engineering (SE) and testing & evaluation (T&E) programs.
• Review and update the formal T&E curriculum and develop new materials.
• Provide SME support in adult learning and development of training content.
• Deliver professional T&E instruction for HSAI courses, in-person or virtual.
