Job summary

Aquila Technology is seeking a Curriculum / Instructional Designer to design and deliver learning programs for a defense research organization. You will create engaging courses, videos, and job aids, and support ERP/enterprise IT training initiatives across the organization.

You will manage live sessions, administer the LMS, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure objectives are met. A strong portfolio of interactive learning is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of instructional design/e‑learning development experience or equivalent capability.
• ERP/enterprise IT training with SAP/ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise; Camtasia and Audiate; LMS administration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web courses, interactive learning, presentations, job aids, documentation, and videos.
• Develop activities, assessments, and visuals to meet learning objectives.
• Host/moderate live and virtual sessions; support instruction.
