Job summary

Randstad USA in Connecticut is seeking a dynamic Trainer to serve as a subject-matter expert across operational processes in a fast-paced contact center. You will design, update, and deliver engaging curricula, facilitate workshops, and mentor staff to translate complex procedures into clear guides.

The role requires instructional design skills, strong public speaking, and the ability to assess trainee progress and refine materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience delivering both remote and in-person training programs.
• Demonstrated background in training needs analysis, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in the public or government sector (such as Healthcare, Medicaid, or CHIP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy training programs across remote and classroom settings.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training curricula, operational manuals, and processing guides.
• Partner with leadership and QA teams to identify performance gaps and conduct targeted refresher courses.
• Track, evaluate, and report on trainee progress, testing results, and overall program effectiveness.
• Act as an operational Subject Matter Expert to continuously streamline policies and procedures.
