Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a development environment.
• Instructional Designer certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with the ADDIE instructional design model.
• Proven experience in training and course development.
• Familiarity with an LMS for e-learning management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert materials into engaging training content.
• Apply instructional design principles to e-learning development.
• Collaborate with project managers to clarify requirements.
• Respond constructively to feedback and provide project updates.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
