Ladders is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a remote role in the United States. The position focuses on translating complex legal and accounting content into practical training for internal and external audiences.

You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to shape course content, ensure accessibility and branding, and manage multiple initiatives across timelines. This is a remote opportunity with strong growth potential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a development environment.
• Instructional Designer certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with the ADDIE instructional design model.
• Proven experience in training and course development.
• Familiarity with an LMS for e-learning management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Instructional Designer to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This role will focus on designing engaging learning experiences that translate complex information into practical training for internal and external audiences. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, shape course content, and ensure learning materials are effective, accessible, and aligned to organizational standards. The position also requires managing multiple initiatives at once while responding constructively to feedback and keeping projects on track. In this remote opportunity, you will help strengthen training delivery and support client needs through thoughtful instructional design.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000 annually
