Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a trainer or instructional designer.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and develops engaging instructor-led and computer-based training content and revises curricula to meet objectives.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to formulate learning objectives and develop content.
• Delivers high-quality training in-person, virtually, or in hybrid settings.
• Creates visually appealing training materials with graphics and interactive elements.
• Evaluates training and curricula for continuous improvement.
• Stays up to date on laws, policies, and industry best practices.
