Job summary

QUALFON is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning experiences for internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, videos, and simulations aligned with organizational goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in instructional design, proficiency with Articulate 360, and strong ADDIE/SAM knowledge.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as an instructional designer or similar role.
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360).
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Multimedia, video editing and graphic design experience preferred.
Instructional design certification is a plus, AI roleplay experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Curriculum development: design, develop, and update learning solutions.
Instructional design: create eLearning, ILT materials, videos, and simulations.
Multimedia development: produce graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements.
Evaluation: develop assessment methods and improve programs from learner feedback.
Collaboration: work with SMEs and clients to ensure content accuracy.
Project management: oversee multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
