Job summary

Qualfon is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for internal and external stakeholders. You will apply instructional design and adult learning principles to develop eLearning, ILT sessions, videos, simulations, and assessments, ensuring alignment with branding and WCAG accessibility.

Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, evaluating training effectiveness, and iterating content to improve programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360) and strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM.
• Multimedia, video editing, and graphic design skills preferred; AI roleplay simulation experience is a plus.”
