You will partner with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear instruction, develop assessments and multimedia, ensure alignment with standards, and monitor analytics to drive continuous improvement. Remote or hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design experience.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and LMS.
• Knowledge of learning analytics and accessibility standards preferred.
• CPTD/ATD certifications are a plus.

• Design and develop instructional materials for in-person, virtual, or blended delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate topics into clear instruction.
• Create assessments and multimedia elements to enhance engagement.
• Ensure alignment with standards and learner needs.

• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Support rollout and instructor training for new programs.
