Fluency is seeking an Instructional Designer (Contractor) to join our Learning Experience team. The role requires quickly learning the Fluency platform and the digital advertising industry, collaborating with SMEs, and building clear, self-guided training with minimal hand-holding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building technical, self-guided e-learning.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work with SMEs.
• Clear, concise writing; distill complex topics into simple training.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or customer education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Fluency platform and the digital advertising industry quickly.
• Adapt materials for varying knowledge levels to maximize engagement.
• Create and update training materials including job aids, help center articles, and self-guided modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs to clarify complex topics and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training delivery.
