• Strong visual design sense and user experience
• Clear, concise writing; distill complex topics into simple concepts
• B2B SaaS or customer education background; ad tech experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Learn the Fluency platform quickly and understand the digital advertising industry
• Adapt materials for different knowledge levels to boost engagement
• Create and update training materials including job aids, help center articles, and self-guided modules
• Collaborate with SMEs to clarify and simplify complex topics
• Coordinate training delivery with cross-functional teams
