Job summary

Fluency is seeking an Instructional Designer (Contractor) to join our Learning Experience team. This fixed-term engagement runs 15–20 hours per week from December 7, 2026 through May 7, 2027, and requires quickly mastering the Fluency platform and the digital advertising domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in designing and building technical, self-guided e-learning.
• Experience with Docebo LMS and Parta authoring tools.
• Background in B2B SaaS or customer education is preferred.
• Strong written and visual design sensibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Fluency platform quickly and understand the digital advertising context.
• Adapt training materials to varied knowledge levels to maintain engagement.
• Create and update training materials including job aids, help center articles, and self-guided modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs to simplify complex topics and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training delivery and timelines.
