Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a contract Instructional Designer to develop and refine learning materials for a large internal event.

You will organize content, format for clarity, and create learner-friendly materials, collaborating with stakeholders to support knowledge transfer and engagement. This hands-on, project-based role requires strong instructional design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work within established templates and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or learning content creation.
• Experience developing instructor-led training materials, including presentations and participant resources.
• Experience supporting corporate training, workshops, or internal events preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine instructor-led training materials, including presentations, worksheets, job aids, and workshop activities.
• Organize and format existing content to improve clarity, consistency, and learner engagement.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to support effective knowledge transfer.
• Translate existing content and SME input into concise, learner-friendly materials.
• Create simple exercises, discussion prompts, and activities to reinforce learning objectives.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines, templates, and formatting standards.
• Review and edit materials for accuracy, readability, and consistency.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions within project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support project deliverables.
• Maintain organized working files and final deliverables.
