Job summary

Andersen Corporation is hiring a Remote Install Project Manager to join our Southwest Florida team. You will manage window and door replacement projects from measurements through installation, focusing on homeowner delight and budget goals.

The position follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Responsibilities include measuring dimensions, proposing installation solutions, validating sales contracts, coordinating with sales reps and the installation crew, and ensuring timely job-file handoffs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of work experience in home improvement or related field.
• Customer service experience with win/win problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.
• Experience recruiting independent contractors.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
• Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations and adapt specifications.
• Confirm details within the sales contract to align expectations with features and installation.
• Provide feedback to sales reps when a job is on hold and resolve questions quickly.
• Determine installation labor duration and materials needed to complete the job.
• Complete and submit timely job files with quality handoff to internal teams.
• Communicate with installation crew on job specifics and alert them to unique factors.
• Approve additional installation labor as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues with installation crew, including onsite support.
• Work with homeowners to resolve installation issues.
• Support pre-sale site visits to define project scope and reflect in pricing and contract documents.
• Assist installation leadership in recruiting subcontractors.
