Job summary

Qualifications

• Officers must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree with at least 90 validated credits in a specified program.
• Captains and above must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university.
• Graduate degree from an accredited civilian college or professional military education is optimum.
• Work may include courses in business management, HR, psychology, and public administration.

Responsibilities

• Reports to JFHQ (St) IG on discipline, efficiency, morale, economy, training and readiness.
• Assists Soldiers, Airmen and their families on a wide range of issues.
• Participates in inspections, inquiries, and investigations across DOD/DA/State levels.

Education

Undergraduate degree (90 validated credits for officers)

Graduate degree preferred

High school diploma or GED for Warrant Officer

Courses in business management, English, statistics, public administration, HR, psychology
