Job summary

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, implements, evaluates and provides technical guidance to units and major commands in the state.
• Determines unit capability, training areas, facilities, size and related factors for force integration.
• Develops and publishes long range Force Integration Plans and coordinates TDAs and MTOEs.
• Advises management officials to adopt proposals that change programs or procedures and affect readiness.
• Manages force integration actions, conducts and analyzes force integration programs and doctrine integration.
• Serves as point of contact for equipment fielding with HQDA, ARNG, PM and other DA agencies.
