Job summary

Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO) seeks an Inspection Program Coordinator to manage inspections across organic and grass-fed programs. The role requires coordinating inspectors, scheduling, file management, and maintaining contracts with an emphasis on timely, compliant inspections.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Knowledge of organic standards and regulations.
Minimum 3 years in inspections or certification roles preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and assign inspections for all programs and types to meet goals.
Serve as primary contact for contract and staff inspectors, scheduling and file management.
Coordinate and collect annual inspector contracts; track reports and submissions.
Ensure cost-efficient use of inspection resources and maintain the database.
Coordinate with Certification Team to ensure timely access to files for inspections.
