Job summary

Strada is seeking an Insider Threat Team Leader to oversee a group tasked with identifying and mitigating risks posed by internal users, contractors, and privileged accounts. You will lead investigations, coordinate with legal and HR, and implement preventative measures with security teams.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, digital forensics experience, and the ability to communicate complex risks to executives and technical staff alike.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, including network protocols, system administration, and data analysis.
• Expertise in digital forensics techniques and tools to investigate suspicious activity.
• Experience with user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of security analysts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to insider threats.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of insider threat analysts, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and developing their skills.
• Threat Detection and Analysis: Implement and manage insider threat detection tools and platforms (UEBA, DLP, etc.). Analyze user behavior patterns to identify potential insider threats.
• Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into suspected insider threat cases, including digital forensics, data analysis, and interviews.
