Amentum, a leader in advanced engineering and technology, is seeking a Threat Management and Insider Risk Manager to strengthen its Insider Risk Program. The role focuses on policy development, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to safeguard sensitive information and assets.

The position requires strong leadership, analytics, and regulatory awareness, with US Citizenship and the ability to work in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify and mitigate insider threats.
• Knowledge of government regulations related to insider threat programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Amentum’s Insider Risk Program including policies and tools.
• Lead threat assessments and develop mitigations for personnel with authorized access.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Security to address risk indicators.
• Oversee investigations and reporting; ensure privacy and ethical handling of data.
• Coordinate with government security counterparts on insider risk issues.
• Design insider risk awareness training for employees, contractors, and leadership.
