Amentum seeks a Threat Management and Insider Risk Manager to lead the Insider Risk Program, develop policies, assess risks, and coordinate cross‑functional actions to protect sensitive information across the enterprise.

The role requires US citizenship and a proactive, analytical mindset, with partnerships across IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Security to monitor threats and implement mitigation measures.

Qualifications

• Typically 8 years of experience in security, investigations, intelligence & analysis, insider risk/threat management, or a related field with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years with a Master’s.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Familiarity with insider risk concepts, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Insider Risk Program, including policies, procedures, and tools.
• Lead threat assessments and develop mitigation strategies for insider risks.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Security to identify risks and coordinate responses.
• Partner with Cybersecurity to detect insider risk indicators while respecting privacy laws.
• Oversee investigations and reporting related to insider threats.
• Develop training programs to raise awareness of insider risk indicators.
