Job summary

HireLatam is seeking a Remote Sales Support Specialist to join a US-based client. You will cover Inside Sales during absences, handle quotes, orders, and data updates using Scupper and SAP, and maintain data integrity across master records.

The role requires ERP/CRM proficiency, meticulous data handling, and English fluency for seamless communication with US management. This is a full-time remote position with LATAM eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, inside sales coordination, order processing, or data administration.
• Hands-on ERP/quoting/CRM systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Scupper).
• Meticulous data handling for part numbers, pricing tables, and vendor files.
• Ability to follow procedures and seek guidance during training.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets for catalog audits and pricing updates.
• Fluent written and spoken English for customer communications.
• Able to work full-time during US business hours (PT/ET).
• Requires remote-ready setup with reliable internet and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provides Inside Sales coverage during team absences, handling inquiries, orders, and quotes using Scupper and SAP.
• Assists with contract administration and generates customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders.
• Coordinates with Inside Sales to review open accounts, pending quotes, and priorities before absences.
• Learns pricing agreements and order workflows to maintain service continuity across coverage windows.
• Executes data projects including automated pricing updates and SKU/configuration cleanup.
• Conducts audits of vendor, customer, and parts data to sustain data integrity.
• Balances project timelines with coverage obligations and team schedules.
