Wedgewood Pharmacy LLC seeks a full-time Inside Sales Representative to drive sales for compounding products and Blue Rabbit technology within a defined Book of Business.

Role involves high-volume outbound calling, clinic account management, and strategic planning to grow market share while meeting expense targets. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of lead generation or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in relationship development, opportunity identification and pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to grow sales and customer base for compounding and Blue Rabbit products.
• Develop knowledge of assigned clinics and their technology footprint.
• Maintain CRM records and pre-call planning to engage clinics.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and maintain an opportunity pipeline.
• Monitor market conditions and position Wedgewood solutions against competitors.
