Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Part Time Seasonal) to guide students through move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions. You will field leads, promote services, and help customers book moves through our online portal.

This remote, seasonal role offers 15-25 hours per week, with up to 40 hours during peak months. Start date 1/25/27 and contract end 9/13/27; compensation is base plus per-customer commissions based on hours and sales performance.

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
