Maxwell Power is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial clean energy. This remote-capable role focuses on consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing deals from a digital desk, with an on-site office visit in Salt Lake City as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales, account management, or remote closing experience (renewable energy or SaaS preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: respond quickly to inquiries and follow up on pre-qualified leads to assess property suitability.
• Energy Consultation: analyze bills and consumption to calculate ROI.
• Virtual Presentations: design and present renewable energy proposals using design software and video conferencing.
• Pipeline Management: maintain records of interactions, quotes, and pipeline stages in CRM.
• Deal Closure: inform clients about tax credits, rebates, and financing options to close sales.
