Job summary

Sol-Max is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our energy storage offerings across the United States. You will sell inverters, batteries, and complete ESS solutions to installers, distributors, and end users.

You will travel frequently, build relationships, deliver technical sales support, and prepare proposals. If you are results-driven with a passion for renewable energy, join our fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solar, ESS, or electrical equipment.
• Ability to travel frequently and engage with field teams.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and energy storage technologies.
• Ability to understand electrical diagrams and system configurations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, distributors, and customers.
• Provide technical sales support (ESS system design, applications, and solutions).
• Deliver presentations, trainings, and on-site customer support.
• Prepare proposals, system configurations, and quotations.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently hit or exceed targets.
