Job summary

Native Pest Management is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a remote, full-time role. You will convert pre-qualified leads, engage customers, and drive new business while maintaining high customer service standards. The position emphasizes strong listening, communication, and closing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Required: inside sales experience, excellent communication, typing 50 WPM, and proficient use of Google Workspace. English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience is required.
• Typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy is required (typing test will be conducted).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to calculate basic math and use Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Qualify calls, build rapport, determine sales needs, and inform customers about products/services.
• Aim to convert leads to calls and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Sell residential pest control services and related offerings following SOPs.
• Create service accounts for new customers and collect payments.
