Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to source leads from mental health facilities, recovery centers, hospitals and clinics. You will develop relationships, qualify prospects, and promote patient-centered solutions to direct prescriptions to Genoa pharmacies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a sales role or pharmacy technician experience.
• Able to travel up to 10% and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily outreach to prospective customers including cold calls, emails, mailers, and executes marketing campaigns.
• Research key territories to identify top prospects within behavioral health, addiction, and other priority markets.
• Utilizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage customers.
• Up to 10% travel to attend bi-annual sales and team meetings.
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
• Provide responsive customer service with assigned accounts and evaluate needs.
