Jerry.ai is recruiting for a Customer Operations role that supports customers across auto, home, and related policies. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling and a path toward shaping the customer experience as the product evolves.

Compensation includes an hourly wage and uncapped commissions for sales track, plus equity options. The team emphasizes quick learning, collaboration, and ownership, with opportunities to contribute to product feedback and process improvements

Qualifications

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
Strong communication skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

Taking great care of our customers, and identifying gaps or discounts customers may qualify for.
Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders who need changes.
Getting deep on the product with a large panel of insurance partners to match customers with the right coverage.
Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
Processing service requests – vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
Providing feedback to help ship product improvements.
