Jerry.ai is hiring for a fast-paced, remote Customer Operations role. You will help customers manage car and home assets, answer inquiries, and guide them through insurance products in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of customers by anticipating needs and identifying unseen opportunities.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Know the product deeply to guide customers through the app and choose the best coverage.
• Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and right coverage.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Provide feedback to help improve the product and experience.
