Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders.
• No cold calls; all callers are warm leads. Work with customers to ensure the right products.
• License training is provided during the onboarding period.
