Job summary

Orchard is seeking a customer- and results-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. You will generate new business via inbound/outbound calls and be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring Orchard services.

This full-time, remote role requires you to be based in the Greater Denver area and reports to the Inside Sales Manager. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions.

• 1–2 years experience in a sales or customer service role (real estate preferred, not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (follow up).
