Renewal by Andersen is seeking a remote inside sales representative based in Tennessee to connect with homeowners, discuss our exclusive windows and doors, and schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.

The role is full-time with an uncapped bonus structure. You will dial 30 homeowners per hour, manage inbound inquiries, and document appointments accordingly, earning $20/hr with typical total earnings in the $22–$25/hr range including bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales mindset and metrics driven.
• Outgoing personality with professionalism, strong work ethics, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.
• Must live in Tennessee to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while handling heavy inbound call flow.
• Document and track all set appointments accurately per company standards.
• Manage high volume of inbound/outbound calls while multitasking across systems.
