Liberty Mutual Group is expanding its Inside Sales team. You will handle inbound calls, advise customers on their insurance needs, and match products to leads to drive policy sales.

Training starts immediately in a remote setting, with licensing provided as part of the program. Eligible reps enjoy paid training, licensing across states, comprehensive benefits, flexible work arrangements, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Formación

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Handling inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer needs and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Paid training starts day one in a remote environment; licensing training included.
• Maintain a professional home workspace and comply with remote work requirements.
