Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks Inside Sales Agents to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders. Training is provided, with licensing included for both licensed and unlicensed hires.

Roles require a Property & Casualty license after hire, with 16 weeks training for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. A remote work setup and day-one medical benefits support a flexible, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
