Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is recruiting Inside Sales Agents to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance solutions and closing sales. Training begins remotely with licensing included.

Eligible candidates will complete 16–18 weeks of training depending on licensing status, receive benefits from day one, and operate in a no cold-calling environment with a focus on growth and rewards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
