Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities, support field sales teams, and deliver top-notch customer service. You will provide equipment rental solutions, pricing, availability, and seamless order processing.

You will manage quotes, contracts, and opportunities while collaborating with OSRs to maximize fleet utilization. Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of inside sales, customer service, or equipment rental industry experience.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or specialty rental environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and web requests.
• Maintain ongoing contact with repeat and B/B+ customers.
• Process Book & Bill Opportunities.
• Fully utilize Salesforce/Deal Manager for all sales processes/opportunities.
• Partner with OSRs to manage accounts and schedule appointments.
• Prospect and provide leads/Bid schedules information.
• Utilize construction network platforms to identify sale opportunities.
• Track opportunities and support submission/completion of sales tasks.
