Xylem is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales for equipment rental solutions. This hybrid role supports field sales, coordinates with branches, and uses Salesforce to manage quotes, orders, and customer records.

We value a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2–5 years in inside sales or rental environments, with strong communication and CRM skills. The position offers collaboration across branches and a fast-paced market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years inside sales or equipment rental experience.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or specialty rental is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound/outbound calls, emails, and web requests to grow revenue.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and rental orders; manage quotes in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with branches and OSRs to optimize fleet utilization and delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer data and activity in CRM.
