Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably healthcare or related fields.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and hit targets.
• Strong virtual presentation skills with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with paediatricians, HCPs, and healthcare organisations in your territory.
• Deliver engaging virtual presentations and targeted outbound outreach.
• Drive product trial and recommendations through sampling and coupon programmes.
• Track engagement, sampling, coupon distribution, redemption, and sales in CRM.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and optimise territory performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Market Access teams.
• Share customer feedback and market trends to support strategy.
• Achieve agreed sales, engagement, and activity targets.
• Attend ~5 healthcare conferences or trade shows annually with some weekend travel.
