Job summary

Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) is seeking an experienced ActiveDisclosure Inside Sales Director to lead a high-performing inside sales team and accelerate adoption of the ActiveDisclosure platform. You will own pipeline growth, new logo acquisition, and expansion within corporate finance, SEC reporting, investor relations, and compliance functions.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, or enterprise software sales.
3+ years leading and developing inside sales teams.
Proven track record of revenue growth and target achievement.
Experience selling subscription-based software to enterprise or mid-market.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a high-performing inside sales team to expand adoption of ActiveDisclosure.
Drive new business, renewals, and expansion across corporate finance, SEC reporting, investor relations.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed bookings and pipeline targets.
Coach reps through regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and career development.
Partner with field sales on account planning and territory strategies.
Provide regular forecasts and leadership updates to senior management.
