Remote work is available; Virginia residency is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience.
• Telecommunications industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and account assistance to business customers.
• Assist Business Sales Coordinator with managing accounts from order to installation and ongoing service.
• Respond to inquiries and assess service needs from prospective business customers.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up activities.
• Promote customer retention and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Educate customers on Firefly's business internet and voice services via multiple channels.
• Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction and address questions or additional service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer information across billing, reporting, and CRM systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
