Remote Inside Sales Consultant – Aesthetics (Full-Time, Wed–Sun)

Location: Remote – U.S. - Pacific Time Zone (excluding California)
Compensation: $20/hour + uncapped commission | Top performers earn $150K–$200K+

We're looking for strong closers with consultative sales skills and the drive to exceed metrics—all from the comfort of your home.

Schedule: This is a full-time role with a Wednesday through Sunday schedule. You’ll work consistent hours based on your time zone.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual consultations for clients exploring laser hair removal, Botox, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments
• Build rapport, educate clients, and tailor treatment packages to individual goals
• Drive conversion through a consultative, high-touch sales process
• Manage follow-ups, pipeline, and KPIs in our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Work West Coast hours, regardless of your time zone

You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in remote or inside sales
• Proven success with consultative selling and meeting or exceeding quotas
• A passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Strong emotional intelligence and engagement—clients feel your energy
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Personal home office setup with reliable internet, computer, and headset
• Ability to work full-time and weekends as needed
