This role is based in Virginia Beach with remote work options available. You will be the first impression of our firm, shaping client perception and driving growth in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven inside sales experience.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to contact many leads daily.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities from inbound leads via calls and emails.
• Identify client needs through active listening and interviewing.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales closures.
