Job summary

Melone Hatley, P.C. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Client Services Coordinator to convert incoming leads into new business opportunities while delivering exceptional client experiences. The role is based in our Virginia Beach office with remote work options available.

The position requires at least 1 year of inside sales experience, a strong phone presence, and excellent communication skills to shape client impressions and drive growth for the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
• Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word).
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Some college education, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails.
• Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build a robust sales pipeline and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progress and interactions.
