Job summary

NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

We offer a $110K target OTE with uncapped commissions, a 4-month ramp, unlimited PTO, comprehensive benefits, and remote work. The ideal candidate has 2+ years selling to auto dealerships and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling software or related products to auto dealerships.
• Experience working in the auto retail environment.
• Hunter mindset: opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency, and closing deals.
• Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and map NCC’s auto-credit capabilities to their priorities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily via outbound calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build pipeline.
• Own full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners and decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's capabilities into dealership value and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams for smooth handoffs and customer experience.
