Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness and clinical consistency.
• Annotate medical records to support high-quality healthcare datasets.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for safety and alignment with standards of care.
• Apply nursing judgment to identify inconsistencies and gaps in documentation.
• Provide structured feedback and recommend corrections to improve data quality and AI model performance.
