Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced RN to annotate and review inpatient clinical documentation and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and safety. You will apply bedside nursing judgment and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, improving data quality and AI model performance.

This role covers diverse inpatient populations and healthcare settings, supporting high-quality training data through precise annotation and validation.

Qualifications

• Active RN qualification with eligibility to practice in the United States.
• Strong in inpatient bedside nursing.
• Broad clinical knowledge across diverse inpatient populations and care scenarios.
• Familiarity with inpatient workflows and standards of care.
• Experience in academic hospitals or large healthcare systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and apply clinical judgment when reviewing medical records and AI-generated content.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and review inpatient clinical documentation, including nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, orders, lab results, and discharge summaries.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, patient safety, and appropriateness across diverse inpatient care scenarios.
• Apply bedside nursing judgment and knowledge of inpatient workflows and standards of care to validate and improve clinical datasets.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.
• Provide detailed feedback on guidelines and complex cases to improve project workflows and AI model performance.
• Review clinical records across diverse inpatient populations and healthcare settings.
• Support the development of high-quality AI training data through accurate clinical annotation and validation.
