Job summary

Remolity, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Inpatient) to contribute clinical expertise to train AI models. You will annotate and review inpatient documentation, ensuring accuracy and clinical soundness while applying bedside nursing judgment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project stakeholders and delivering high-quality feedback to improve data quality and model performance. Prior AI experience is not required, but strong clinical knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States
• Recent inpatient bedside RN experience required
• Experience reviewing inpatient documentation across diverse patient populations
• Experience in academic or large health system settings is preferred

Responsibilities

• Annotate and review clinical content and inpatient documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical safety and appropriateness in inpatient scenarios
• Apply bedside nursing judgment to validate datasets and enrich documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical records
• Provide high-quality feedback to improve guidelines and model understanding
