Synthires is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with inpatient expertise for a remote contractor role focused on improving AI systems in healthcare. You will review nursing notes, annotate records, and evaluate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, safety, and alignment with care standards.

Prior AI experience isn’t required; bedside nursing experience and judgment are essential. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, flagging gaps, and providing structured feedback to improve data

Qualifikationen

• Licensed RN in the United States with inpatient clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient workflows and standards of care.
• Ability to review records for accuracy, completeness and clinical soundness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; provide structured feedback.

• Review inpatient clinical documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Annotate medical records per project guidelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical safety and alignment with standards.
• Apply nursing judgment to identify inconsistencies and gaps.
• Validate that documentation reflects patient care processes and pathways.
• Flag discrepancies and suggest corrections to improve data quality.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to stakeholders on guidelines and cases.
• Clarify project requirements with stakeholders as needed.
• Review edge cases to improve guidelines and model understanding.
• Maintain high quality and meet project deadlines.
