Responsibilities

• Review inpatient medical records for payer populations post-discharge and pre-bill.
• Audit accuracy of diagnosis, procedures, DRG assignment, and POA.
• Collaborate with Coders and CDSs to draft physician queries.
• Provide coding education and coordinate remediation with Coding leadership and CDS team.
